Business CentreOur Business Centre equipped with two computers, both providing high-speed Internet access, is at your disposal while staying at Hyatt Regency Cologne. You can access the Internet, plug-in your modem, check your private e-mail account, use the Microsoft office applications and print out your documents.
A lounge area within the Business Centre is also available, connecting directly to the boardroom, which can be booked for meetings with up to 10 people. Further secretarial services can be arranged by our concierge upon prior notice.

The Technology Concierge services are available through the hotel's front desk or Business Centre. Our staff is trained in a broad range of technical support issues and is available to assist guests in setting up mobile communications equipment or to explain the use of guest room technology.
For trickier tasks, which the Technology Concierge may not be able to resolve, the hotel's IS department will be available for troubleshooting.
