New Year's Eve
Enjoy New Year’s Eve with the "Hyatt Gourmet Festival". Treat yourself to an exclusive gala dinner buffet at the restaurant "Glashaus", our "Graugans Event Salon" and the "Library". Ring in the New Year while watching the spectacular fireworks set against the backdrop of Cologne Cathedral! Afterwards, enjoy the music played by our DJ in the relaxed and sociable atmosphere of the "Schälsick Bar".

Alternatively, we will welcome you in our ballroom from 10:30pm with a glass of champagne. Enjoy the last hours of the year and ring in the New Year while watching spectacular fireworks set against the backdrop of Cologne Cathedral. Afterwards, you can party in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere in the lounge of the ballroom, and dance to famous songs on the dance floor - of course, until early in the morning! The tickets are priced at €49 per person, including two glasses of champagne, a midnight snack and admission.
For those who like it more informal, the "Schälsick Bar" is open from 9:00pm (reservations are required). Enjoy savoury snacks, a special menu, and a luxurious range of cocktails, whiskeys and cigars accompanied by music played by our DJ from 10:30pm. The entrance fee is €35 per person, including a glass of champagne at midnight.
